Education should inspire, challenge, and empower
Wellness, Equity & Belonging at RHP
At Rolling Hills Prep, student wellbeing forms the foundation of our educational approach. Through our innovative WEB (Wellness, Equity & Belonging) Team, we create a nurturing environment where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive—both academically and personally.

A Personalized Approach to Student Support
Our WEB Team doesn't just respond to challenges—we proactively build structures that help every student flourish:
- Individualized support plans that leverage student strengths while addressing areas for growth
- Seamless collaboration between teachers, advisors, parents, and students
- Multi-disciplinary expertise that integrates mental health, counseling, and student life
- Community-wide inclusive communication that fosters respectful dialogue
What makes our approach unique is how deeply it's woven into daily life at RHP. The WEB Team provides support that extends beyond the classroom, creating an environment where students can authentically express themselves while developing meaningful connections with others from diverse backgrounds.
