Middle School Student

Core Academic Program

The Middle School curriculum at Rolling Hills Prep offers a comprehensive academic foundation across core subjects. Students progress through sequenced courses in English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. World Language instruction begins with Spanish, while arts education rotates between Music and Visual Arts in 6th and 7th grades, culminating with Drama in 8th grade. Physical Education and Health focuses on fitness, teamwork, and developing healthy habits for life

Beyond core academics, students can explore a diverse range of clubs and electives, including robotics, American Sign Language (ASL), and music genres. Middle schoolers also have the opportunity to participate in Junior Garage Band and Choir, nurturing their artistic and musical talents. For students who are academically accelerated, we offer the chance to take Algebra and Physics in 8th grade, allowing them to challenge themselves and get ahead.
