Every student learns differently. That's why we offer individualized academic programs that honor each student's unique strengths, interests, and learning style. Whether your child thrives in honors and AP courses, benefits from additional scaffolding, or falls somewhere in between, we create a pathway that challenges them appropriately.

One of RHP’s greatest strengths is its ability to balance high expectations for students with the high standards they set for themselves, all within a framework of exceptional guidance. Through this support, students develop essential study skills, strengthen their executive functioning, and grow into independent learners. They also gain a deep understanding of their unique learning styles, empowering them to advocate for their needs and take ownership of their education.

In both middle and high school, students have a dedicated learning support teacher who serves as their primary point of contact for checking in on assignments, grades, due dates, tests, study skills, and organization. Students enrolled in the RHP with learning support program,  have three support blocks per week. These sessions offer additional teaching to clarify challenging material, time to complete writing assignments, and structured guidance to prepare for tests. As students become more adept at managing their learning, they often graduate from the program, equipped with the skills to succeed independently.

RHP offers comprehensive A-G college preparatory courses, honors, and AP classes tailored to each student's strengths and goals. Our personalized college counseling begins in 9th grade, with counselors guiding students through course selection, extracurricular opportunities, and the application process. Whether students pursue our standard curriculum or specialized diplomas, we ensure they develop the academic foundation and self-awareness needed to thrive at colleges that best fit their unique talents and aspirations.

Academic success doesn't happen in isolation. Our WEB team (Wellness, Equity and Belonging) provides crucial social-emotional support, while dedicated learning specialists work one-on-one with students during support blocks. We believe everything that happens on and off campus—from field trips to International Day to athletics—is a valuable part of an RHP student's learning journey.

Our experienced teachers don't just teach subjects—they mentor students. With small class sizes averaging 12-15 students, our faculty build meaningful relationships that allow them to recognize when to challenge and when to support. This personal connection transforms education from simply learning content to developing a lifelong love of learning.
